What I do is help you slow down and look at what's actually happening, who's involved, what's driving the behavior you're seeing, and what's keeping things stuck. Once you can see the situation more clearly, the right next step usually becomes obvious.

About Doug

I spent more than 25 years leading teams inside large, complex organizations, including senior roles at Microsoft and Providence. Over that time, I built organizations from the ground up, led through significant change, worked across cultures and geographies, and navigated the full range of challenges that come with leading people at scale.

I didn't always get it right. But over time I learned how to lead in a way that deeply reflected who I was and what I valued most.  I created environments where my teams thrived and where we could have a meaningful impact on what mattered.
